





James DeVerre
James is Chairman of the Board and Charterhouse Technology Capital founder. James
has also co-
James has launched over a dozen technology companies, closely involved
from the initial concept to final launch. In each start up James is involved in the
development of patents, product specifications, commercialization, sales and finance.
James
has over 25 years experience with technology companies, holding various positions
including Chairman, CEO, President, Secretary, Treasurer, International Marketing
Manager, Software Development Manager and Design Engineer.
James holds a B.Sc. (Electrical
Engineering) from the University of Saskatchewan and an M.B.A. from the University
of Western Ontario.
James is married, has three children and six grand children and
is based in upper state New York.

Hank Sirowitz
Hank is a General Partner of Charterhouse Technology Capital and joined from SCS Venture Capital, where he served as a Director, leading the Group's efforts in Internet & Web investing.
Previously, Hank was a leader within McKinsey & Company's IT Security & Telecoms Products Practice. Over the course of several years Hank worked extensively with a broad range of security companies on start up and M&A, business development and strategic issues.
Hank earned a B.S. from Duke University in Mechanical Engineering and a M.A. and a Ph.D. from Harvard University in Electronic Security Systems. Hank has published several papers on IT security and had his research highlighted in several major media outlets, including: The New York Times, Scientific American, CNN, Die Zeit, Le Monde and The Economist.
Hank is divorced, has four children and two grand children and is based in Berkley, California.

Richard Smith
Richard is a General Partner heading up the London Office and joined in 2010 following the sale of his business, MoboTel Ltd, to a Private Equity backed telecoms consolidator. Richard was the founder and CEO of MoboTel which specialized in providing value add mobile data applications, centering on BlackBerry, to the business market place. At one time MoboTel was the largest independent retailer of BlackBerry solutions in Europe and still today is responsible for the largest bespoke commercial application roll out on BlackBerry. Prior to founding MoboTel, Richard was a Director and shareholder of Nettec Plc, where he was involved in the elevation of the company from the AIM market to the London Stock Exchange in 2000. Previously Richard was General Manager at Moulded Foams Ltd, a 3i backed ‘just in time’ technology packaging supplier, where he was involved in the sale of the company to LINPAC Group in 1998.
Richard has also worked for Oracle, Computer Associates, Xerox and originally trained as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young.
Richard has a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering form University College London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Finance from Templeton College Oxford.
Richard is Married, has one child and is based in London.

Richard Wong
Richard is a General Partner and joined Charterhouse Technology Capital with over 15 years of experience working with high growth technology based businesses. His experience includes sourcing and managing venture investments, all aspects of mergers and acquisitions and significant corporate finance and accounting. He focuses on digital media technologies as well as a variety of technology based services.
During Richard's tenure at Charterhouse Technology Capital he has been the principal senior executive responsible for complex structured monetization strategies, he also is the partner in charge of the financial and legal affairs of Charterhouse Technology Capital.
Richard came to Charterhouse Technology Capital from Deloitte, one of the world's largest professional services firms. While at Deloitte, Richard specialized in serving numerous high growth technology based businesses including ISG Corporation, Harcourt & Grieves and IDO.
Richard serves on the boards of several private companies
