My Name is Paul Ellis. I have cooked in many fine establishments over the years to
include The Hilton and the Langrish hotels. I have also worked with world renowned
chefs such as Fay Olinsky and Marco Pierre White. My experience, expertise and passion
for food can now be made available to you.
If your hosting a function and you want
the night to go perfectly then why not use me or one of my colleagues as your resident
chef. We will come to your home and produce a meal that your guests will talk about
for a long time to come. The presentation of the meal will only be surpassed by the
taste. We can cook for weddings and parties, but we are equally happy to cook for
a girls night in or an anniversary.
If cooking is a passion of yours then we can be
booked for mobile lessons. In fact why not invite a few of your mates to make a night
of it. Our charges are surprisingly affordable. We can show you from scratch how
to cook any of your favorite dishes to perfection.
We are available for corporate
demonstrations, team building, and small or large events alike. We are more than
just chefs. We love food and we love sharing this passion with others. If you wish
