‘THE PROCESS’
The process varies dependant on the condition of the wheel needing the repair. For the repairs we will repair the wheel with the tyre still on. The wheels will be:

Our prices are extremely competitive and the quality of finish we are able to give using our state of the art equipment which enables us to give a same day service is second to none. We refurbish the full wheel back to showroom condition.
1. stripped down to remove previous layers of paint or lacquer.
2. filled (if necessary).
3. sanded back down to a smooth perfect finish.
4. primed.
5. smart cured in our state of the art UV Curing oven.
6. the paint finish, coloured or customised to your specification, is then applied.
7. finally the wheels are lacquered and again cured in the state of the art UV Curing ovens.
