TERMS & CONDITIONS

The terms & conditions stated shall be incorporated into any agreement with AAA LINKS LTD.

(1) DEFINTIONS

(a) AGREEMENT: These are the terms & conditions included in a contract between AAA LINKS LTD and its client

(b) CLIENT: Refers to an individual person, organisation or company to whom services are provided to.

(c) SERVICES: Refers to work carried out by AAA LINKS LTD in accordance with any agreement.

(d) DISTRIBUTORS: These are the people carrying out delivery of material.

(2) ARRANGEMENT

Any arrangement with AAA LINKS must be made in wrting before any disrribution is carried out. Email, fax or post is acceptable. Verbal agreements can be accepted, but will have no validity in any dispute.

(3) DELIVERY TIMING

Please see FAO section, question (2).

(4) DISTRIBUTION

All material for distribution should be in bundles of 500. Electronic scales will be used to verify quantities. No pins, staples or any other sharp items attached to material.

(5) LEVEL OF DISTRIBUTION PENETRATION

Please see section FAO, question (3).

(6) TIME SENSITIVE MATERIAL

AAA LINKS should be informed of any time sensitive material. We cannot guarantee the start and/or finish date which may be influenced by factors outside the control of AAA LINKS.

(7) PAYMENT

Full payment must be made before any commencement of distribution, unless specified in writing. 10 working days must be allowed for funds to clear. Payment must not be witheld if response to campaign is poor.

(8) COMPLIANCE OF BRITISH CODES OF ADVERTISING

All distribution of material is subject to the British Codes of Advertising. Material must not be sexual and/or racist in nature as well as being morally and legally acceptable.

(9) SECURITY OF MATERIAL

All distribution material will be kept in a secure location. The client should insure their material in case AAA LINKS LTD are not paid out by their insurers for loss and/or damage to material.

(10) FORCE MAJEURE

This frees both parties from liability or obligation when an extraordinary event/circumstances beyond the control of the parties prevents one or both parties from fulfilling their obligations under the contract. Both parties are required to notify each other in these circunstances as soon as it is possible.

(11) INDEMINITY

The client shall indemnify and keep indemnified AAA LINKS LTD from and against any and all liability loss claims, costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever which it shall at any time suffer or incur.

(12) CANCELLATION

The client may cancel the contract if distribution has ont commenced. However, if the distribution material is in the hands of distributors(s) contract cannot be cancelled. All money paid by the client will be returned, less 20% cancellation charge.

(13) COMPLAINTS

Any complaint should be sent to AAA LINKS LTD by post or email within 5 working days. AAA LINKS LTD shall then investigate the matter. AAA LINKS LTD liability is to the price only and nothing else whatsoever.
